Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with practice group leaders, partners, and stakeholders to execute the MBD strategy and priorities.
Cultivate and strengthen sector-specific client and industry relationships, contributing to client reviews and offering account management support.
Shape the business development and communications strategy for the international sector, fostering innovation and client-centric approaches.
Manage the sector’s MBD budget bid and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Oversee external sector relationships and flagship events (such as MIPIM), maximizing opportunities.
Lead major sector pitches and provide coaching to partners and lawyers involved in business development activities.
Drive client targeting initiatives and facilitate cross-sharing within the sector.
Influence strategic decisions and promote a strong market orientation.
Develop engaging marketing campaigns and client development activities to connect clients with opportunities and key agendas.
Support and coach partners throughout the business development cycle, equipping them with necessary tools to win work and nurture relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
Managerial experience within an international organization, with a strong grasp of MBD processes for professional services.
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM, and emerging technologies relevant to client acquisition and retention
Exceptional partner and senior stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels.
Effective communication skills and a talent for sales techniques and coaching.
Working knowledge of the Real Estate sector preferred.
