Head of Global Service Line Marketing

This esteemed Global Professional Services Membership Firm is seeking a commercially driven Senior Marketer to join their vibrant and cohesive team.

Working with International Leaders and Service Line Experts across the business, you will be responsible for devising & driving forward global service line / solutions marketing strategies, enabling the Network to go to market as a truly global organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Facilitate collaboration between Member Firms resulting in the definition and development of Global Client Led Solutions and Services.

Work closely with Member Firms to drive the identification of and leverage existing skillsets within the Network to support client solutions development, ultimately equipping the Member Firms with the tools and expertise to take them to market effectively.

Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to ensure the Firm’s services remain commercially competitive.

Create compelling internal communications to cascade client solutions/services understanding and Sales Enablement materials to Member Firms.

Develop creative External Marketing Campaigns and Content to drive engagement and sales.

Prepare reports on service development progress and market performance for senior management.

Measure and Report on wins/growth for global client solutions and report on internal adoption.

The ideal candidate:

Sound commercial awareness and a good understanding of business Marketing Principles.

Experience of managing, influencing and gaining the confidence of senior stakeholders and colleagues.

Strong analytical skills and be comfortable using market/client insights to drive growth initiatives and further enhance reputations of this leading Professional Services Member Firm.

Proven people management skills with the strong ability to bring teams together globally.

Having some experience working in a Professional Services Membership Network Globally would be helpful. If not Legal, Accountancy or Consulting Global Firm background.
