This esteemed Global Professional Services Firm is seeking a proven Head of Communications to join their vibrant and cohesive team.
 
Working with Global Senior Leaders across the business and managing a team, you will be responsible for developing and leading an external and internal communications strategy that drives engagement across the Global Organisation and with stakeholders, ultimately supporting the Firm’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive external and internal communications strategy that supports the Global Senior Leadership Team and Member Network strategy.

Maintain regular communications with Member Firms on their strategic and ongoing corporate communications aligning to International thinking.

Own and drive a corporate content programme with clear planning that aligns with strategy and chosen focus areas.

Lead on the development and delivery of flagship corporate communications such as the Annual Review.

Build relationships with Internal Stakeholders to identify and develop key spokes people for a variety of topics.

Ensure effective internal communications channels are in place to keep both the Senior Global Leadership Team and Member Firms informed and engaged.

Develop and drive Internal Communication strategies to support corporate messaging and organisational change and development.

Coach internal speakers on communication activities (media, video, presentations).

Develop and maintain a crisis communications strategy and plan.

Continuously measure and report on communications effectiveness to drive future decision making.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience in a Senior Communications role, preferably within a Professional Services Membership organisation or Legal, Accountancy, Consulting Firm or Communications Agency.

Strong team leadership and team management skills.

Experienced across all forms of Internal/External Communications including Media Relations.

Experienced in safeguarding and defending the reputation of a business.

Proficiency in Digital Communications, including how AI can be deployed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of communications.

Strong interest in data and analytics to measure communications effectiveness and drive future content development.
