This Award-Winning National Law firm goes from strength to strength and have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Insight / Relationship Executive to join their Central Client Care team.
This pivotal role will see you drive and support across a number of client service initiatives, ultimately supporting the delivery of the firm’s strategy to be a leader in client experience.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with practice group leaders, partners, and other key stakeholders within the firm to deliver the Client Care strategy and priorities for the group.
Support and deliver all aspects of the firm’s client feedback programme – benchmarking client surveys, client services reviews, client feedback projects.
Advising partners and client teams on delivering a leading client experience.
Work alongside research agencies to deliver client listening projects and surveys including analysis, data interpretation and report development.
Supporting the firm’s strategic account programme – developing plans and follow up.
Using feedback to identify trends in the firm’s client experience support commendations to the board, service lines and sector leaders.
Support in the preparation of both internal and external client care reports.
Work alongside the bids team on major client wins to take forward pitch to promise actions.
The ideal candidate:
Must be operating at BD Exec or Client Insight / Relationship Exec level within a Professional Services organisation.
Have a passion for working in the client care/experience space and adopt a continuous improvement mind set.
Possess strong partner and senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Be able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.
Must be competent at using Execl and comfortable handling large data sets.
Have strong analytical and report writing skills along with strong project management skills.
